Camp Lata-Wata was born in the heart of Mr. Bill Jensen a rancher in Western Montana. After hearing Bro. Scott Donley present his burden to start a camp through the ministry of Faith Baptist Church in Spokane, Washington, Mr. Jensen contacted Dr. Greg Boyle and told him he wanted to give a piece of land to be used for an Independent Baptist youth camp. This is an exciting endevor and we want the Lord to be glorified through it. It is the desire of all involved to see young people saved, called into full time service and challenged to live for God. What a great place Faith Baptist Church!!! We are so excited for you and for all that the LORD has done through you. May this camp be a monument to God's goodness and a place where many learn of the salvation that He alone can offer.
I worked at this camp back in the summer of 2007. It looks like all is going well at Camp Lota-Wata! Hello Mr and Mrs Lamphere, Mr and Mrs Jensen! =)
